A healthy lifestyle is so simple that people often forget how to get one. Your immunity requires energy to stay intact and alert. By keeping your energy up, you can avoid overloading your body. It is essential to sense what you can and cannot handle. Go to bed when you feel tired; cancel your appointments and let others take over instead of using pills to inflate your stamina. Often, I hear people say they desperately need a vacation. I’ve always found that odd. Not because I don’t like vacationing, but because many people live super busy lives and then leave on vacation exhausted. That’s what I call escaping reality.

 

One day of rest a week, with enough sleep and little nutrition, is enough to feel fit the next day. People sometimes return tired after a vacation or a long weekend because every vacation or trip requires some organization, not to mention traffic jams along the way, planes leaving late, and other annoying things that only add to the stress.
