NATURAL MEDICINE

Natural medicine or pharmaceuticals?

Pharmaceuticals are the cheapest and easiest way to “cure” in the short term, but in the long term, these are damaging. They artificially regulate specific processes in the body and can block the synergy between different functions. Pharmaceutical drugs target sub-functions of the body, and other sub-functions sometimes become dysregulated. So you need other pharmaceutical drugs. This way, the result is often that the entire system of interacting functions can become dysregulated over time. Using pharmaceuticals and undergoing surgical procedures always involve certain risks. One should resort to them only when other health support measures are inadequate or when acute situations arise. Proper health begins with natural foods, exercise, positive thinking, and doing things you enjoy.
